More infoA session typically lasts 50 minutes. We can meet online (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams...) or in person (in Antwerp, Belgium). It's up to you to choose what suits you best.
During the first session, I'll introduce myself and my way of working. But mostly I'll listen to you to find out how I can help you best. For the next sessions, we'll work on defining your goal and we'll make a plan to achieve it.
Throughout the sessions, you'll get the knowledge and tools you need to succeed, we'll follow up on your progress, and I'll support you as a coach, motivator, and cheerleader.
